Okul deneyimi ve öğretmenlik uygulaması derslerine ilişkin öğretmen adaylarının görüşleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, hizmet öncesinde öğretmen adaylarına mesleki beceri ve deneyimler kazandırmayı amaçlayan Okul Deneyimi ve Öğretmenlik Uygulaması derslerinin, öğretmen adayları açısından etkililiğini tespit etmektir. Araştırmaya Giresun Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi son sınıf öğrencisi olan 88 öğrenci katılmıştır. Çalışmada betimsel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılmak üzere 38 maddeden oluşan Uygulama Derslerini Değerlendirme Testi (UDDT) geliştirilmiştir. Güvenirlik ve geçerliliği hesaplanan test, çalışmanın örneklemine uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular üzerinde istatiksel analiz olarak basit korelasyon, frekans ve yüzde yapılmıştır. Bulgular incelendiğinde, Okul Deneyimi ve Öğretmenlik Uygulaması dersleri arasında ( ,385) oranında pozitif yönde orta değer korelasyonel bir ilişki ortaya çıkmıştır. Bulgulara göre öğretmen adayları, Okul Deneyimi ve Öğretmenlik Uygulaması derslerini eğitim programları içinde önemli bir noktada görmektedir. Sonuçlar, Okul Deneyimi ve Öğretmenlik Uygulaması derslerini öğretmen adayları için gerekli bir ders olduğunu desteklemektedir.

The aim of this study is service prior to the pre-service teachers’ professional skills and experiences which aims to provide School Experience and Teaching Practice courses, is to determine the effectiveness of teachers in terms of. 88 undergraduate fourth-year students at Giresun University participated in the study. Descriptive method was used. Assessment Test for Object Lessons (UDDT), which contains 38 items, was developed for the study to collect data. The test, which have validity and reliability, used on sample of the study. For the statistical analyses of the data the following tests were used: simple correlation, frequencies and percentages. According to the results, the School Experience and Teaching Practice courses have positive correlational relationship emerged middle value (,385). The results of the study were showed that pre- service teachers emphasis on School Experience and Teaching Practice courses in the curriculum. The results support that School Experience and Teaching Practice are really necessary courses for teacher candidate.
